This might be a long story so if you read it thank you!

I have always had a hard time with my weight, I always wanted to be skinny like all my friends but just never did anything about it. I would always make excuses to why I couldn't work out or I would say "I will start working out tomorrow." Well tomorrow came many times and I never did anything to change that. I am 5'4 so I should be around 130 for my healthy weight. I joined many gyms and only went a few times, then I was stuck with a payment each month that I really couldn't afford. I gained alot of weight when I had my oldest daughter back in 2014. I was 210 , lost 10 pounds right away but stayed at 200 for a year. I saw pictures of myself at my daughters 1st birthday and cried because of how big I was. I ended up doing Medifast and lost 30 pounds, I got down to 170 and stayed that way until I got pregnant again last September 2018. I once again let myself go but this time was really bad. I was at my all time high of 265 the day before I had my daughter. I lost 10 pounds right away so I was at 255 June 13th 2019 and I stayed at that weight till August, breastfeeding didn't help me lose any weight at all even with drinking close to a gallon of water a day. I got the green light to start drinking one slimfast replacement shake a day while breastfeeding. Since August I have lost 47 pounds by one slimfast shake a day. I started beachbody two weeks ago and dropped 5 pounds so far. My goal is to drop another 77 pounds, so that I am at my ultimate goal weight if 130. Not sure if you can tell that I have lost 47 pounds so far but I think I can see a difference. I definitely feel 100% better in the past two weeks since doing beachbody than I have in the past 15 years 😍
