Diastasis recti workouts!
Hey mamas. I need some help. After having my 3 and final baby on October 2nd my stomach is all out of shape lol. I have diastasis recti and am in need of a good work out routine! So any moms that have had this what did you do to rectify it??? What exercises did you do that helped???
I have already had several people ask me if I was expecting again so soon after having my baby. The answer Is no and i got my tubes tied hahaha 🙄☺😂
