Toddler and and a newborn?

Question

Any advice on how to navigate being a stay at home mom to a toddler and a newborn? I get help from my so but hes going back to work so it will be just me Nervous about managing them and the house.

My BF had this and she said she can't do two things at once. Sometimes her toddler has to wait while she takes care of the newborn, and sometimes her newborn has to cry for a minute while she tends to her toddler. It's just a balance I think you find on your own. Sounds fun! Enjoy them both💝

We blocked the living room off from the stairs and kitchen so we spend our day down stairs with toys and movies and books and occasional coloring etc. Hes not quite ready for all that yet. When we get up, I taught him to sit down and go down the stairs on his butt with me so I can carry the baby down at the same time. We play and have breakfast while I pump then either a walk or a movie then it's lunch and nap, then I pump during nap.I feed the baby and whatever else while we play, she also has a swing in the living  room and a seat in the kitchen so I can take her with me. After nap we get the big kids, 13yo and 15yo from school, I pump in the car while we wait, then I come home and cook dinner while the 22mo plays and big kids do chores. Then we will do a bath every other day and bed time at 815 ... I pump at 9 and baby eats and is usually ready for bed by 10. For the most part I try to get her to eat in between pumping and little guys meals so I can hold her a lot... sometimes we cry together all at the same time 🤣 but its getting better now. We only did that a time or two... I have a moby wrap and wear her sometimes so I have two hand for the 22mo but it's not so bad 😁...  you will be just fine!🥰
