😞💔my husband called me from jail UPDATE!!

& told me “are you really going to divorce me , you know I love you with all my heart , are you really going to testify against me, you know I nearly touched you”

A little bAckstory:

I have posted before ,

there’s a huge history of physical and mental abuse , beatings , cheatings ,

from kicking me in the stomach while pregnant with our twin daughters and causing preterm labor , to getting another woman pregnant from a strip club known to be full of stds in there . from leaving me stranded in Texas with our kids and him leaving with another female . To the most recent of him beating me on Tuesday & pushing my son . I called the cops on him because I couldn’t allow him to put his hands on my son ( not even his biological son at that) . My son told me after everything happened “mommy I’m sorry I couldn’t save you” he’s only 6 years old and saw everything... my twin daughters are 1 yrs old and were in the room as well.

& for him to call me and say that he didn’t even touch me pissed me off 😞 for his family to even allow him to call me . What if it was their daughter/niece / granddaughter going through what I went through

UPDATE: thank you all for the advice ! I did file for divorce & custody of my kids , & I also filed a order of protection - I have court tomorrow for the order of protection , I blocked all his family & will change my number as soon as mommy courts end , since I have a lot of advocates calling me for support . I don’t plan on turning back . I can’t allow him to ever put his hands on my son even if it was a push & make him feel helpless! here’s a picture of my beautiful babies ! And I will be strong for them !!
