I dont want any judgment

I have recently started dating a dude older than me and we have made out and stuff like that but today I saw him and I feel like I was pressured into having sex with him. I’m a virgin and he knows that and I told him multiple times that I’m not ready but he insisted. So I let his stick the tip in and we never actually did anything he just stuck it in and took it out a couple times because it hurt. He popped my cherry tho and so I’m wondering does this mean I’ve lost my virginity? And what should I do to not be pressured into it again because I don’t want to do it again.
