Dropped?!

31w - 31w5d .. has she dropped?? 😬LONG STORY- sorry in advance. TMI ..at 28w I noticed all week stringy jelly like discharge and at 29w got close braxton hicks/contractions(not sure which they were, I have a very high pain tolerance) they were a bit crampy and wrapped around my lower back. I live and hour and a half away from the nearest hospital. So called my midwive and they said to go in. On the way my contractions/BH were 5 mins apart! Got to the hospital and got hooked up to the moniter and they got to 3mins apart. Scary, I know. They gave me shots and meds to slow contractions/BH and 2 rounds(24hours apart) of steroid shots to help her lungs develop. They slowed but not enough and the meds literally made me feel super off and my baby wasnt moving, and shes is one very active baby! So decided not to proceed with the meds . So I was put on bedrest. Now I'm 31w5d and yesterday felt lots of pressure so had my dr check me and she said she could fit one finger tip in , didnt want to try to fit another so she wasnt going to help progress anything. But she said she could feelt her head. Now this morning the thickest piece of my plug I've seen yet came out. Quarter size round and very thick jelly like. Never have I seen any blood anytime I saw parts of my plug, so thinking I should be good, right???!!. I'm really hoping to keep her in till 37 wks. But I have a feeling shes going to be here within two weeks. Had my first at 35 weeks he was 6.6lbs 21 inches long. Doing my best to only move when I need to go to the bathroom and get some bloodflow.
