Pregnant or no??

Okay so, October 9th I had gotten my period. It lasted 5 days & According to an app I was supposed to get my next period nov 7th but it came nov 3rd. It also lasted 5 days but it came “Early” My cousin and mom been saying they’ve been having dreams about me being pregnant again. I’ve been a little nauseous, A little more tired, breast “sort” of achy, like a pricky/stingy feeling, a little sick feeling randomly, appetite picked up, & a little crampy. Just last week I noticed a lump in the bottom of my stomach not real hard but it’s there. & According to this app if I were pregnant I’d be 6weeks. Has anyone else had this experience???? I’m a little confused. My next period is due November 28th according to my app ugh I’m so confused someone please help with helpful info.. 😫😫😤
