7 weeks , bleeding. Feedback!?

I am 7 weeks as of today. Earlier I went to the walk in clinic cause I was having some dark red/brown blood. I was checked out and told I should be ok as it wasn’t very much and mostly brown, as well as my cervix was tight. Once I got home there was nothing left, 3 hours later I go to the bathroom and wipe and there was a lot of red blood as I wiped and all in the toilet with a small clot so I went to the ER to be checked again and they said it’s basically a waiting game I’ll probably miscarry by tomorrow night. But there’s a chance I won’t. But I come home and the blood is dark brown again and very little amounts (I haven’t ever had any even go onto my underwear or on my pad just when I pee)

Has anyone experienced this? I am staying hopeful and positive. But Also would like to know what to expect. If anyone has experienced this I would love to know what happened with you, especially if you have positive experiences. I’m waiting for the ultrasound tech to call for an appointment and am starting blood work tomorrow to check levels.
