Toddler chipped tooth..!!!

Help, has any other parents had kiddos that chipped a tooth? Ironically it happened as we were getting ready to leave for her dentist appt.... so it’s been checked by a dentist and he said it’s not bad at all and could be much worse since it’s a minor chip. My only concern after that is that it’s so sharp looking, or the part that is pointy could cut her or break off. She is 3. Should I ask to have it shaved down? Do they do that? I don’t know whAt our options are he didn’t go into detail about it just said it’s fine kids do it and baby teeth are sensitive ugh. Help easy my mama mind please !!
