Implantation Bleed

Hi,

I’m calculating at just over 4 weeks pregnant - took a positive test on Tuesday. Since then, I’m having spotting and mild cramps... it’s worth me saying I also had this when pregnant with my son (who’s now 2.5 and fine), but I just can’t remember how long it lasted.

I went to the doctor, he said it’s fairly common, but to let nature choose it’s path as there’s nothing that can be done either way... which I’m sort of fine with, but I just want to know for my own mind?

Last time they did my bloods to measure my HCG levels, and then I was sent for an early scan to check it wasn’t ectopic as the levels didn’t rise quite as they’d expected, but obviously it was all fine.

So, did anyone else have implantation bleeding? How long did it last for?

(Oh also, I’m in the UK just in case procedures are different)
