Do i have an STD?

All right let me start off by saying ive already made an appointment to go see my gyno but ive been stressing out about this for awhile and im scared that ive waited too long. So i lost my v card last year (no condom) felt fine didnt notice anything that i can remember then i had sex again in december (once again no condom 😭) and the guy wouldnt take his pants all the way off. Then i TRIED having sex with another guy last summer (he couldnt get it in weird situation) and he texted me abt a week after saying he had pimple-like things near his dick and asked if i was clean. I told him i was bc i was scared but to be honest i really dont know. He blocked me after that. I went to get the bc implant and asked them to test me for stds but the doctor said they could use my pee but i think it was only for a couple things. Idk what to do. Im really stressed out. Anything helps sorry that this is so long
