Supply during the day issues

My baby is 5 weeks and will sleep okay at night (maybe 4-5 hours). I wake up pretty engorged but I never find it uncomfortable or painful.

The first couple of feeds of the day are definitely her ‘best’, despite my breasts being full she latches soo well and I can hear her gulp away and she seems really satisfied after these feeds and may nap after too.

During the daytime is a different story though, I don’t pump at the min as I EBF but I never feel like she’s truly satisfied during the day time yet if I try to hand express to gauge the flow there’s a good flow of milk available, it’s just that to me my breasts are a lot softer once she’s had the morning feeds.

She’s so so fussy at the breast during the day time, she’ll unlatch, thrash around a little bit and eventually fall asleep mid feed which suggests to me she’s getting fed up - but I don’t know why?

Anyone else in a similar situation or have any advice? Im a FTM so this is totally new to me
