More swollen after birth?

Hi! 4days pp and my feet and sometimes fingers are more swollen than my last weeks of pregnancy.
I see it's normal but can anyone recommend how to make it go away?
Or will it always be around now?

Omg. I was swollen after giving birth for at least. 10-14 days afterwards. Just drink a lot of water and keep your feet elevated. It does get better.

It can take up to 2 weeks Momma 👎
I could barely walk I was so swollen...
If you had an epidural, pitocin, or IV fluids it can make the swelling a lot worse

Keep your feed up and stay hydrated. That is all I got recommended when I was swollen after delivery.
