This is so crazy but today was such an odd day and I think my MIL is completely crazy. Today I received a call from my 5 year old daughter's previous pediatricians nurse. She said she wanted to make sure our daughter was up to date on all of her immunizations. At first i thought it was just a friendly call and a reminder but then she said that someone other than my husband or myself contacted them wanting all of my daughters information and had made it clear to them that I was not taking proper care of my daughter. I obviously asked who but she couldnt tell me but she said maybe she could connect me with the medical records department to see if there was any possible request for my daughters records. I honestly was so confused by the call and why she was suggesting being trasferred to see if any records have been requested, so I had her transfer me. The guy I spoke with was really nice and I asked if there was any records requested by anyone besides my husband or I for my daughter. He looked up my daughters information and said that there was a request for all medical records by me on Monday and he goes did you not get them and I asked where they had been sent to and he gave me the address, it was my husbands moms address. I told the guy that I never requested them and that was not my address. We moved 4 hours away from our hometown which is where my MIL lives and that was three years ago. She has no idea where we live or that we even moved. My husband wanted to cut off any communication with her because of how hard she tried to separate my husband and I. She has not contacted us in 4 years, she hasn't tried to fix anything between her and my husband. We have been together for 15 years and married for 8 of them and 11 of those years all she did was try as hard as she could to get rid of me. My husband was sick of it but tried for so long to have some type of relationship with her even with how bad she treated me. My husband said a few years ago that if she truly cared she would be the one to reach out because it had always been him. Anyways so I told my husband what happened and at first he said maybe it was a mistake but then he said he cant imagine what his mom would want with the records. He ended up contacting her to ask if she had requested them and why. She admitted to it and that she is planning on taking me to court for not taking care of my daughter and getting half custody.

She also said how I could get in alot of trouble because I have refused any medical help for my daughter for the past three years. My husband was shocked that she did what she did but I was so thankful he stood up for me. He told her there is no way that was happening and that we moved years ago and our daughter is seeing a new pediatrician and is definitely up to date with her immunizations. He said she was still going to try and also because we moved without having enough respect to tell her. I am so damn thankful we moved and so sick to my stomach that she is like this. I highly doubt she could do anything but if she did take me to court what would happen if I just didnt show up? There would be no way of me getting any information because she doesnt have our new address, but damn she is doing everything she can to ruin me. 😥😭
