First ultrasound?

Not sure if this is a good group to post this in, but I was wondering when your first ultrasounds were scheduled for. Mine is scheduled for 6w7d and I’m worried it’s too early.

We have them every 2 weeks but we are high risk with twins.

My ob did one at 6w1d as a confirmation. Today I see the doctor that will be my new ob through pregnancy and my first "real" US will be 10w exactly.

Ask how many ultrasounds you will be having. Some doctors request more others less and I believe you can always get an ultrasound done and pay out of pocket for it.

Unless there’s a reason for doing it that early I wouldn’t want it then. They may not even see anything

I didnt get mine till I was almost 13 weeks. Check and see how many you are having and if they could move it forward.
