Scared. Anxiety please help :(

This is gonna be a long thread... I really need to talk ti someone and ask someone but I don’t have anybody but myself to talk to. I go on this app to get some answers and to calm myself...

My anxiety is really blowing up right now. I need help but I have no one to talk to about these things. Hope someone here can give me advice. Thank you in advance.

So here it goes...

My cycle is pretty irregular, sometimes it’s 35-45 days or sometimes even longer before I get a period.

So I had a normal period (not induced) on August 11.

I was supposed to get my period on September 24 but it never came so I was already late.

I gave a handjob on September 29, he ejaculated on my hands and I only used baby wipes to wipe my hands before I fingered myself. Would this incident get me pregnant? I’m really scared and since that day happened I get anxious everyday and always think that I might be pregnant.

On October 16 I was already 23 days late so I took a pregnancy test just to be sure and it was negative.

Since I was already 23 days late, I took mega doses of vitamin C for 3 days to induce my period.

Finally I got my period on October 20 and it ended on October 26.

On October 28 I felt cramps and it was weird because I just ended my period 2 days ago.

So I took another pregnancy test to be sure and it came back negative.

On November 13 my nipples felt sore and I also felt cramps. According to this app it was my ovulation week. Is it normal to get cramps and sore nipples before and after ovulation? I got scared so again I took a pregnancy test to be sure and it came back negative.

November 19 yesterday I had pink discharge. What could it be? It could ni n’t be implantation bleeding right? Because I never had sexual contact or even sex. Just that incident back in September 29.

Used a q-tip to check my cm and it was pink yesterday

Today is November 20 and I have this discharge now. It says on this app that I’ll be getting my period in 4 days. Is this brown discharge normal? I’m scared please advice :(
