Headache..

So yesterday at my doctors appointment I tested positive for 1+ protein and they are having me do the 24hr urine check to check for preeclampsia but since last night I’ve had a headache that I also woke up with.. I’m not swollen and I also don’t have blurry vision just a headache On the right side of my head.. should I be concerned or just wait it out to see if it goes away.. I don’t have a blood pressure cuff or I would take it because yesterday at the doctors it was 135/95 which concerned them..
