I need some advice please!

Okay ladies I'm kinda confused about this one. On August 12th I found out I was pregnant. I went to the doctors and did everything I felt like I needed to do to stay healthy prepare for a baby. On September 25th i hemorrhaged and lost my baby at 9 weeks. On October the 30th I had my period and it lasted about 6 days but, it wasnt very heavy as I am used to and it was basically all brown and dark red blood with a bunch of spotting at the beginning and end. For the past week or so I've felt kind of sickish and bloated so last night I decided to take a pregnancy test. I waited about 2 minutes and to me it said negative. But when I left the bathroom and came back in the pregnancy test showed a faint line (the picture above) and I'm kind of confused. Does this mean I am pregnant or is just a evaporation line. If anyone could give me some advice I'd really appreciate it 💜🙏🏼
