Trying after miscarriage

I’m just curious if anyone has had this happen to them my last pregnancy I miscarried at eight weeks and three days and I had to have a DNC and I went and had it done and had to go back the next day for emergency surgery on my stomach because the doctor poked a hole in my uterus they told me that everything will be fine and it would not affect my ability to have children and I got my period again six weeks later and it was normal and now I’m three days late for my period but no positives on any test and I’m just curious if maybe my period is now irregular because of what they did to me in surgery...Anybody have this happen to them or might know what the Hecks going on
