Tips for Sleeping Through the Night???

My baby boy was sleeping through the night up until he turned 3 months and these last 2 months have been DRAINING. He doesn't always cry, but he does want to be nursed every 1-2 hours. Also, he's starting to stay awake between 1-2am and again from 5-6am 😔 I've had a few anxiety attacks because of this and I just need some advice from those who have a baby sleeping through the night PLEASE 🤍

Try offering a bottle after the first nursing session. Maybe baby is still hungry or not staying full long enough. That was my daughters issue at least

Does he put himself to sleep? My daughter started sleeping through the night + taking longer naps as soon as we gave her the space to put herself to sleep for all sleep sessions.

We’re going through the same thing...it’s exhausting! Especially when you get used to them sleeping through and suddenly they don’t. We’ve tried a whole bunch of things that just haven’t worked so we’re starting the Ferber method tonight. It involves letting baby cry for certain increments of time, in an effort to teach them to self soothe. I know CIO can be controversial so definitely evaluate if it’s right for your family, but I’ve heard amazing things about it. Crossing our fingers it works because we all need better sleep!
