Can sleep effect baby?

I’m 9 weeks and I just started working graveyard a couple days ago and have found it very hard to sleep during the day,I’ve only been getting 3-4 hours of sleep daily.

I did this with my daughter and I had to get off that shift bc i was over tired.

Rest is important, but it's probably harder on you than the baby. Could you try taking unisom when you get off work since it is safe during pregnancy to help you get a few extra hours?

I feel you I was working 6pm-4am and I was only getting 3-4 hours of okay sleep seeing as I have a early rising 3 year old and me not able to get comfortable but thank goodness my job just moved me to day shift 6-2:30
