Preseed??

So I just bought some preseed to try this cycle and I’m not too sure when to start using it? When I get positive opk? Why does it have a applicator? And has this worked for any of you ladies?

I just started using it this month. I’ve been taking balance by alani nu  & tracked with OPKS yesterday I got a postive opk. Today is my predicated ovulation date & so far I’ve BD every other day during this week. I’ll keep you updated if youd like!

Use it everytime you have sex during your entire fertile week. 2.5-3gms 15 min before sex
