Confused please help

Hello , my first post here so bear with me. I am on my second round of clomid and I actually ovulated this month(yay) then on cycle day 28 a day before my period was due I had very light spotting all day(very abnormal for me). Then the next day it seemed as if my period was here but it only lasted until the next morning. I have taken a couple at home test all negative. My doctor is closed and idk if I should be worried or concerned and unsure if I should start a new round of clomid or what day considering my "period" was only 2 days. Any advice is appreciated
