Anyone ever use essential oils when ttc? What kinds did you use?
Anything you would recommend? I have heard of progessence plus and things like clary sage. However I don’t know if it would be beneficial for me since I do get monthly periods, 31-35 days apart. I know I should ask my doctor for advice, but just looking for input.
