Yikes! Bleeding

I’m currently 11 weeks and I’ve been having irregular bleeding it’s dark red blood. I previously went to the ER because I used the bathroom and there was lots of blood in the toilet I freaked out. We went in for an ultrasound the baby had a heart beat 161 bpm and was just moving around so normal 😩❤️. I’m so scared that I might have a miscarriage because of the bleeding but the doctor said everything was fine. Has anyone gone through anything like this and had a healthy baby?
