Hard lump in breast
Two days ago I had a clogged duct (chills/sweats, pain in breast, sickly feeling), my husband helped me clear the blockage and I have felt better since!
But I still have a hard, sore lump in my breast! I've tried heat and massage, it won't go away. What can I do?
