Help me please

Has anyone not ovulated / released an egg after monitored medicated cycle and trigger shot?

I’ve had a few cycles like the above. This last cycle I tested progesterone 7 days after trigger and progesterone is 0.8. My doctor is perplexed. Should have responded to trigger. I had great follicles.

Does any one have Hcg responder issues or has this happened to anyone? I’m so scared I won’t have success getting pregnant and I’ve been in tears all weekend waiting for my next doctor appt.

Any help?
