Before starting Letrozole, my levels were at 7.5. Doctor said anything below 5 means shows not ovulating and anything over 10 shows ovulation occurred. My first month my levels went up to 9.8 and he said he'd consider that as having ovulated. Second month, they screwed up and didnt get my levels. Third month, my levels shot up to 22.3. Now this month they're back down to 9.7. I'm getting so discouraged now with those levels.😔💔 Has anyone had their levels fluctuate on Letrozole and get pregnant? We've been trying for almost 3 years with a miscarriage last March. It feels like we'll never get our rainbow baby.
