Concerned😭

My son ( 1 year old 2 in June) has been going through alot of anger and I’m starting the get worried he bites, hits, balls up his fist and screams at the top of his lungs he just goes to the extreme on everything.. im a strong believer in popping his butt when he does something wrong that’s how I was raised but A lot of people tell me it sounds like ADHD. I feel like he’s to young to tell.. Anyone have any ideas of how to help him or any ideas of why he would be acting this way?!?! This mama is going crazy
