Best Drugstore Foundation For Newbies?

I’m fairly new to using the makeup. I want to use drugstore like Maybeline to Bare minerals...... Do I use a powder kind or liquid? Any recommendations?

I recommend the Maybelline Fit Me (I’ve used the matte one), or my new favorite is the Revlon Colorstay. It has really great coverage but also a super smooth finish. I would use either a damp beauty blender or a foundation brush to apply. I used to swear by beauty blenders but I find myself using a brush and liking it a lot more lately.

I love the fit me. It's pretty much the only foundation that works on my skin and matches me (I'm pale). I love making the dewy and matte lately but the matte is so nice!!

I think it depends on you and your face. My friend was amazing at makeup and I did the exact regimen she used and it looked awful on me.
