Missed miscarriage - what would you do from here?

2 days ago I took misoprostol for a missed miscarriage.....10 weeks by dates, foetus stopped growing 2 weeks ago. I’m 43 (nearly 44). This was an accidental pregnancy, to be honest I didn’t even know I could become pregnant naturally at this age. I had started to get excited and to plan how this could change my life, now it’s been taken away.

If you were me would you try to fall pregnant again naturally? I don’t know the first step in any testing or treatments things like progesterone or clomid.......should I look into any of them???
