Early pregnancy a bit worried

Is it normal for brown spotting to stop and start up a couple days later? Also is a warm sensation in the lower abdominal normal? I raked leaves a little yesterday afternoon and i started spotting a little bit again. Should I be worried? Seeing my doctor Wednesday. This is an IVF pregnancy. Transfer was 11.8 so I’m about 3wks i believe. Will get confirmation Wednesday i think how far along i actual am.
