How common is a missed miscarriage?

9 weeks and I haven't had morning sickness in a few days. Which could be because I started taking unisom.  This morning I'm not constipated anymore either. 
Sorry for asking but I'm worrying so bad. 
Had an ultrasound couple weeks ago and baby had a heart beat of 167.

My symptoms really dropped off at 8 weeks. I was so worried. But Friday I had my first midwife appointment at 9w4d and we heard the heartbeat! It’s impossible not to worry, but most likely symptoms coming and going is totally normal and nothing is wrong.

MmC are very very rare. But the thing is, they’re missed. So symptoms coming and going are more likely to be normal passing in and out than a MMC. It’s hard not to worry. It happened to me. But try to focus on the positive! Apps like this can lead you to believe it happens more often than it does.

Lack of symptoms does not mean you have necessarily miscarried. The medicine helped with the morning sickness and you likely won’t stay constipated, it can come and go. Depending on what you eat and drink, exercise, etc. try to focus on the positive: you feel better! I know it’s hard because baby is so tiny and you have no reassurance. But stressing and worrying puts your body at stress and is no good for baby. Enjoy feeling good, it won’t last! I’m 33+3 and miserable. 😅
