Potty training and daycare question

I’m planning on doing the 3 day potty training one weekend with my 2 year old and not using diapers in the daytime. I haven’t run it by the daycare, but I’m worried that my daughter would have accidents at daycare if the staff aren’t on top of it. Is this too much to ask of them? Will they want me to keep her in diapers or pull-ups instead of risking accidents? I’m confused as to how this works! I really want to switch to underwear and that be it.
