I have a question

Im 35 weeks today, I've been feeling like peeing all day, sometimes I feel like I have to pee and I sit on the toilet and I don't pee I feel like a pressure on my vagaina... also I've change my underwear like 4 times already becuase of the wetness I want to say its pee becuase i see nothing else but water like. Kind of alot, when I wipe I see something white, like watery, there's no blood or anything it just looks white like discharge but very white and warty. What can it be is it normal ? ( help first time mom) btw my baby moves as normal 😊
