My son or my job?
I have a pickle. Last week my son has caught a virus and has already had the week from daycare, so I have been on carer duty at home. Now it is coming up to Wednesday and I need to work from 10am to 2pm until Friday also 10am to 2pm. However, last night my son refused his dinner, this morning ate four square crackers, 2 pieces of meat at lunch and even refused baby packet food after 3pm tonight. I want to know, do I send my son back to daycare even if he isn't eating or has not recovered from the virus (yet). Do I drive to his grandma's drop him off there until after work, mind you his nan works in the evening from 6.00pm. Or do I take more carer's and not go on those three days, stay with my son. Mind you I am a full time mum, but work the odd shifts and those three days are training for a four day stint I have until Jan. Also to keep in mind, I already took a week to take care of Connor from last Wed. Please let me know. Comments are welcome.
