I cant believe it...
I cant believe that my relationship is over. 😥 We were only together for 1 year, but all of our good memories are racing through my head and I feel like my heart is broken right now. I dont want this to be real right now.... I have our baby with me at my parents house and deep down i know it's for the best but I'm getting so choked up right now i am so so so upset.
