Could he be cheating ?

My bf has a super high sex drive he wants to fuck everyday. I don’t . I can go months without it . So me and my bf haven’t had sex since late October then I had my period at the beginning of November . A few days ago he’s been really sick like nausea and stuff so I. Joke and say you’re pregnant! And he’s like no joke that’s probably you . And I’m like huh I can’t be we haven’t had sex in almost a month and he tells me he came in me tho . Which he didn’t, he never does and infact last time we wore a condom because we were making jokes about getting knocked up before our cruise in December and didn’t want to risk it . So I told him he we wore a condom and he looked puzzled for a moment then said this long drawn out “ooohhhhhh never mind” like he remember it was from a different moment . Not oh like “oh ok” I told my big sister and my best friend in group chat and they say it must’ve been another girl before or during me he was thinking about . But how can it be before if we’ve been together almost 2 years . They asked how the sex was and I say we barely have it like 3-4 times a month except this last time but he knows I don’t really like sex like that and he was ok with it . Doesn’t pressure me to have it he’ll just watch porn . I don’t go thru his phone because I trust him . Nobody has inboxed mesaying they were with him either .
