Miscarriage?

My last menstrual cycle waa 9/13, but I remember spotting a few days before that, so I'm not exactly sure if my period started before 9/13. I ovulated on 10/3-10/4 and got my BFP on 10/17. My first US was 11/8 and at that time, we only saw the yolk sac. I thought I was already 8 weeks, but according to the US, baby only measured at 5 weeks and 5 days. A week later, I went for another US and they said baby measured at 6 weeks exact only. We saw something flickering, but they OB and US tech said they weren't sure if it was a heartbeat, since we didnt hear anything yet. I'm not sure if the US tech turned the volume up or not when doing the US. A week after that, I went in for another US, they didnt tell me how big baby measured and we couldn't see the heartbeat, but instead, they said I'll miscarry. My OB brought in another OB and I asked if there was a heartbeat last week since there was something flickering. He told me there was, but the heartbeat was only 94bpm. I'm wondering, why didnt my OB tell me it was a heartbeat and that it was at 94bpm? Instead, I had to ask. My OB then switched me over to a new OB and had me schedule my next appt with him. I was in denial so I requested a hcg blood test from the ER and it was 19854. 2 days later, I went for the second blood test and it only went up to 19930. It's suppose to double, but it didnt and I've read that once it gets to a certain point, it increases slowly. I'm not having any miscarriage symptoms, haven't spotted or cramped ever since the beginning of this pregnancy. I'm just hoping everything is okay. Please pray for us. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
