Breastfeeding currently and pregnant

Are there any other breastfeeding mamas in here that are also newly pregnant or have experience with both?

I’m 5 weeks pregnant, still breastfeeding, and I also have breast implants.

I feel like my boobs are not sensitive at all like they were with my last pregnancy and I’m not sure if that’s due to breastfeeding or if this pregnancy may not be going well. I have a history of miscarriage but I’m doing everything I did with my daughter to keep the pregnancy.

Or of course if it just hasn’t hit yet..
