anyone have this problem ?

so i feel like i have a problem with my bladder because whenever i have to pee , i have to go right then & there . i can never hold my bladder, as soon as i feel it i have to go .. if not i will pee on myself . i literally hate it because i’m way too old to be doing this but honestly it’s not my fault cause i really try to not too!

it seems like whenever i feel the urge to pee , if i don’t go within those next 5-10 seconds, it’s not going to ge good! 😩

i do drank ALOT of water (i only drink water 🤷🏾‍♀️)

does anybody else have this problem or just me ?
