How often do you change your baby? My family and friends say im over the top for changing as needed and every two hours.

Not really sure what people mean by "as needed" because it's so hard to tell how much pee is in there when it's still on.
I generally as standard will change first thing in the morning, before each nap, another late afternoon, and one before bed, so that's like 5. Plus then of course in addition whenever he poops. Also if he wakes for a night feed I will change him first else he wets through.
So generally that's 5-8 per day. I have no idea if that's loads, or if that's no way near enough! I'd not really thought about it, so would be keen to see what other people reply!

My boys diaper has the line that goes from yellow to blue when wet. Blue line = new diaper. Altho we don't always notice it right away.

Pampers have a yellow to blue line, so if I can see that it's turned blue I'll change her. I check her every two hours though and it's usually blue by that point.

Sometimes 4 times an hour. Sometime every 4 hours. 0-1 times between 7pm-5am.

Sometimes there’s only one pee in there but if I notice it’s blue I change it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just think I wouldn’t want to sit in a wet diaper so I don’t leave her in one. Same reason why I buy her pampers pure, I buy myself organic pads & tampons.

I change it as soon as I notice he’s gone. If I only changed him when he pooped he would go days without getting changed😳
