Those that have had a missed miscarriage..symptoms?

I stopped feeling pregnant at 10 weeks and then had a miscarriage at 12 weeks. I thought I was just one of the lucky ones that wouldn’t be sick for the entire pregnancy, but I was wrong. This time I was nauseous until well into the second trimester and I had a lot of early ultrasounds to ease my mind. I’m 40 weeks tomorrow!

I had bad nausea from 5 weeks to 8.5 week, then tiny pink spotting at 9 weeks. At almost 11 weeks I had a short strong cramp, then a dull ache in my uterus that lasted almost two days. It was really uncomfortable. The next morning I had light bleeding, and went to the ER, and the following day the miscarriage happened. The scan confirmed baby stopped growing at 9 weeks.

My symptoms faded away and I didn’t think anything of it and when I went to my routine checkup there wasn’t a heart beat anymore. I had to have a D&C done because the baby wouldn’t pass on it’s own. I didn’t have cramping or bleeding.

I had no idea. Still felt sick and had sore boobs. No bleeding or cramping. I was even taking pregnancy tests daily and they were super dark. Was a huge blow:(

I still felt pregnant the next 4 weeks after the baby had stopped growing, but I no longer felt connected to the baby or being pregnant like I did with my first pregnancy... which I look back on and think there was a reason I stopped feeling connected all of a sudden

I just didn’t feel pregnant anymore either and then a week later at my appt there was no heart beat. Took over a week to start bleeding.
