Ovulation after miscarriage

So I had a miscarriage November 2, 2019 and my partner and I baby danced on the 16th and the 17th and the 24th and the 25th. Tuesday night I went to the bathroom and I had some cervical mucus (pictured below). However I’ve been using OPK’s to track my ovulation morning and night ever since but they’ve all been negative could I have ovulated before I got the CM?
