Low carb while pregnant, per doctor.
Any of my fellow ladies doing low carb while pregnant? My doctor doesn’t want me gaining much throughout this pregnancy (I started at a higher weight, even though I lose 170lbs already gahhh) but no problem I’ll do what I need to do. Any others in this position? Wondering how low carb I should be eating. She just wants me to not gain very much, so I was thinking of staying under 100 net carbs for the day. Any one else have any ideas on this?
