Help!!!

I’m 34 and had my last child 11 years ago and my tubes tied. I use Glow every month to track my period and I’m never late. Tomorrow I’ll be 7 days late. I’ve taken 2 tests both negative. I sorta feel like I feel pressure in my lower stomach and have been nauseous the past week or two with a headache that won’t go away. Could I pregnant? To early to test? Any advice would be great! Has anyone gone through this? Anyone had a baby after tubes being tied? The thought of it makes me happy and the longer I go without a period the more excited I get. I’m hoping for this miracle.
