Did He lie to me?

I've found out my husband has lied to me about a bunch of stuff and there's 2 this gs I still don't know if it's a lie or not 
He told me he couldn't move out of the dorms unless he was married (but I just found out his friend moved out with his gf - my coworker - and theyre not married, he's also told me more than 1 friend live in their own apartment, not married 
Also, we have a son and he told me that our insurance requires him to be circumcised (said it was mandatory)

If you’re talking about tricare insurance... we’re on tricare and none of my boys are circumcised. I honestly don’t believe any insurance company could require anyone to get an elective procedure, not legally... many insurance companies don’t even cover circumcision because it’s not a necessary procedure. I’m going to say he definitely lied to you about that one.

Technically you’re supposed to live in the barracks until you are married. BUT no one is going to yell at you if you go get your own apartment. The only thing is that the military will not pay for it unless you are married. Maybe that’s what you’re friends did, maybe the got an exception (kinda hard to do).

If you are in the US insurance wont require a circumcision, I would assume most other countries are the same. 
I know where my son goes to college kids have to live in dorms for the first 2 years unless they are living at home. Youll have to check his school for their exact rules on living in dorms.

No. TriCare does not require circumcision. Neither of my boys are. They couldn't anyway since the AAP does not recommend it.

For the circumcision, no one can make you get one for your child. My son is circumcised and tricare prime does cover it. Most civilian insurances don’t cover it but Tricare does.

Some people are able to move out depending on their situation. My husbands friend moved out and he's single but the barracks were getting overcrowded. Or if they're a higher rank they are able to move out

I’m pretty sure if he has a kid, he gets BAH, because he needs a place for the kid to live if he has to take care of it, married or not...

Are you two married? Because if you are then he gets BAH and you can live on post or off. You have to have an dependent that you provide for to get BAH. 
You can also live off post and be single, but the single soldier is not getting BAH, they have to pay rent out of their pay. 
As for the Tricare thing, insurance companies cannot tell you to circumcise or not circumcise your son. They can however, not cover the procedure or cover it, so call Tricare and see what the time limit is on them covering the procedure if you both agree on getting it done. I will say the longer you wait to get it done the more painful it is on the child.
