I found out I have HSV 1. Genital area.

I’m currently having my first outbreak and it’s absolutely painful.

I also have a 9 month old-

Can I pass this to my son? I saw a red dot on the bottom lip and I’m absolutely freaking out and don’t know what to do.

How can I prevent from him getting it?

Will We have to stop kissing our own son from now on? I just don’t understand..

My heart is torn.
