Remedies?

For going on about 3 years now, I have struggled constantly with UTIs. I have gone to the doctors multiple times, gotten multiple prescriptions, and they’ve all worked, but as soon as I engage in anything sexual, or hold it just a bit too long, they’ll come right back. I have done every preventative measure I can think of - I have drank water, yogurts, changed my diet, exercise, taken proper bathroom measures, and been clean. I’ve tried vitamins, AZOs, cranberry pills, ACV, everything. I’m just wondering if there is someone out there who has found something that works for them?
