Heat rash or allergy?

Baby girl has recently gotten this weird spotted rash. Its slightly raised but she doesnt seem to be itchy or in pain but it has spread. She has been drinking half whole milk half almond milk for the past two weeks, before then has been doing only almond milk for two months. Im not sure if its from the recently introduction to whole milk or maybe a heat rash?

Only recently (as of 5 days ago, the rash showed up and has spread) its very hard to get it on picture and even then it doesn't show too well these are the best pictures i can get. What do you guys think?
